TERMS OF USE

1. Accepting the Terms

1.1 You must agree to the Terms in order to use the Services ("the Services" inlcude but not limited to: all user submitted content, news, blogs, online store and competitions).

1.2 To accept the terms, simply use the Services. You understand and agree that UrbanReel will see your use as an acceptance of the Terms.

1.3 You may not use the Services and may not agree to the terms if:
a) You are under 13 years old or
b) If you are barred or otherwise legally prohitbited from receiving or using the Services under the laws of the country you are resident or from which you access the services.

2. Your relationship with UrbanReel

2.1 Your use of the UrbanReel website (the "Website") and any products, software and serives. Is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and UrbanReel.

2.2 Your legal agreement with UrbanReel is made up of 3 sets of guidelines:

3. Changes to the Terms

3.2 You understand and agree that if the Terms are changed you must agree to the updated terms.
3.3 You are asked to check the Terms for updates regularly for changes.

4. UrbanReel accounts

4.1 In order to access cetain services and some features you will need to create a UrbanReel account. When registering for your account you must provide the correct details. It is important that your UrbanReel password is kept secure and confidential.

4.2 You must report abt breach of secruity or unauthorised use of your UrbanReel account immediately.
4.3 You agree that you will be solely responsible (to UrbanReel, and to others) for all activity that occurs under your UrbanReel account.

5. Copyright Policy

5.1 UrbanReel operates a clear copyright policy in relation to any User Submissions which are alleged to infringe the copyright of a third party. Details of that policy can be found here http://urbanreel.com/copyright

5.2 As part of UrbanReel's copyright policy, UrbanReel will terminate user access to the Website if a user has been determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice.
